Deal Announcement: Marina World sold to Super Yacht Times

Symmetry Corporate Finance have acted for shareholders of Loud & Clear Publishing Limited, the publisher of Marina World on their sale to Super Yacht Times. Marina World is the leading global publication dedicated to marina development, operations and investment.

Founded in September 2000 by Carol Fulford and Julia Hallam, Marina World has been a trusted industry publication for over two decades. Under SuperYacht Times’ ownership, Carol and Julia will continue their roles, ensuring a seamless transition.
