Symmetry Advises on the sale of RWS Web Solutions to TRACK7 Technology Group

Symmetry are delighted to announce the completion of the sale of RWS Web Solutions to TRACK7 Technology Group, parent of Enigma Interactive, following a successful marketing and business sale process. 

This represents a considered expansion into a specialist, high-growth area of digital commerce, building on their experience delivering complex digital transformation programmes across the globe. Enigma Interactive will now add the OPS Web to Print software and integration solutions to their growing portfolio.

Symmetry were engaged by the shareholders of RWS to explore the market and allow the original founder a route to retirement, whilst the remaining shareholder and Director, Francis Whiteley, to move forward with the business and grow under it’s new parent.

After running a comprehensive marketing outreach campaign and speaking with multiple parties, Enigma Interactive beat the competition with their business plan and future vision for the company.  The existing team in Kendal will continue to remain based in Cumbria, under Francis’ ongoing leadership.
